Shipping costs

Shipping to the United States is free on every order, with no minimum. Optional Package Protection ($3.49) covers loss, theft and damaged packages: we reship or refund, no investigation.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days after shipping. As soon as your package ships, you receive a tracking number by email; check your spam folder before writing to us.

Duties and taxes

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner abroad. Import duties are handled by us: you will not be asked to pay customs fees at delivery. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking may show nothing during the first 24 to 48 hours, until the carrier scans the package. If nothing appears after 3 business days, or if your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email contact@flevio.fr with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

Address errors

Check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to us within 12 hours so we can correct it before shipping. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address are reshipped once at no cost.

Where we ship

All 50 states. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
