Privacy policy

Last updated September 4, 2026

Flevio is operated by Adrien LACOMBE, a sole proprietorship (micro-entrepreneur) registered in France under SIREN 893 008 870. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from our site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and customers in the United States; customers in France and the European Union are covered by our French policy.

1. What we collect

  • Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, the products you order, and payment details processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Account and support information: what you write to us by email or through the contact form, and your order history.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, time zone, referring site and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Marketing information: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, and how you interact with our emails.

We do not ask for, and do not want, health information. Our products are comfort garments; please do not send us medical details.

2. How we use it

  • To process, ship and track your order, and to answer your questions.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates and, if you opted in, our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each email.
  • To prevent fraud and protect the site.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To show you relevant ads on other platforms and measure our advertising (see section 4).

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform and host), payment processors, our fulfillment partner and carriers (to ship your order), our email provider (to send order and marketing emails), and analytics and advertising partners. We also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Cookies, tracking and advertising

We use cookies and pixels from Shopify, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and similar partners. They help the site work, remember your cart, measure how our ads perform and show you Flevio ads on other sites and apps. Under some US state laws, this sharing of identifiers with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time through the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out. You can also disable cookies in your browser, which may affect how the site works.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, to opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws can exercise these rights by writing to contact@flevio.fr with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your identity using the email address linked to your orders and answer within the time required by law, generally 45 days. You may appeal a decision by replying to our answer.

California notice: in the last 12 months we have collected the categories of information listed in section 1, for the purposes in section 2, and disclosed them to the providers in section 3. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

6. Data retention

We keep order information for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (up to 10 years under French law), support correspondence for 3 years, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or after 3 years without interaction.

7. International transfers

Flevio is based in France. Your information is processed in France, in the European Union and in the United States, by us and by the providers listed above, with appropriate safeguards.

8. Security

Our site runs on Shopify, with encrypted connections (TLS) and payment processing certified PCI-DSS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Children

Our site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top tells you when. Questions or requests: contact@flevio.fr.
